Frailache Klezmer Band to hold
00:Second Annual Mel Bass Concert
The Second Annual Mel Bass
Klezmer Band Concert will be
held Friday, March 28 at 1 p.m.
at the Hebrew Academy of Tide-
Water.
Under the direction of Mari-
lyn Buxbaum, the Frailache
Klezmer Band will perform for
the entire student body. The pro-
am will include familiar
favorites in Hebrew, Yiddish and
Russian, along with a special
medley from "Fiddler On the
• Roof."
Cantor Jennifer Bern-Vogel of
Ohef Sholom Temple has
planned a sing-a-long of well-
known songs. In addition, the
children will have the opportuni-
ty of dancing to Shers and
Frailache and playing some of
the band's percussion instru-
ments.

The musical event is open to

One-man
performance
of "the
Rothschilds"
Ohef Sholom Temple will pre-
sent a one-man performance of
the Tony Award Winning Musi-
cal, "The Rothschilds," starring
Bernie Dean on April 6 at 7 p.m.
at the Temple. Through drama
and song, the historical rise of the
Rothschild Family will be pre-
sented.
General Admission is $18;
Sponsor Dessert following the
performance is $36.
