March 14, 2003 Frailache Klezmer Band to hold 00:Second Annual Mel Bass Concert The Second Annual Mel Bass Klezmer Band Concert will be held Friday, March 28 at 1 p.m. at the Hebrew Academy of Tide- Water. Under the direction of Mari- lyn Buxbaum, the Frailache Klezmer Band will perform for the entire student body. The pro- am will include familiar favorites in Hebrew, Yiddish and Russian, along with a special medley from "Fiddler On the Roof." Cantor Jennifer Bern-Vogel of Ohef Sholom Temple has planned a sing-a-long of well- known songs.
